Where do I park?
Parking at our clinic is street parking only. The clinic is at 2501 Minnehaha Ave, Minneapolis, MN 55404 (Chuck & Don’s Pet Wellness Center).
Do I have to wait outside?
Once checked in, you can wait in the parking lot or inside the building.
Is it walk-in only or appointments?
Starting in 2024, we switched to appointments only.
How do I get an appointment?
Please email us at [email protected]. Once you email us, you will receive an automated response with a survey to request an appointment.
Do I need proof of income or qualifications?
You do not need to bring paperwork to prove your income qualifications.
Can my pet be seen at VeTouch a second time if they are not fixed?
No. We have a strict policy to ensure that our services are not used to support people breeding animals. If your pet is older than 1 year and has been seen at a previous VeTouch clinic, it must be spayed or neutered before we see it again.
