Want to get hands on experience while serving your community? Join VeTouch!

As a VeTouch member you will be able to volunteer at our monthy wellness clinics, clinics at the Little Earth Community, and attend member-only lunch lectures and wetlabs. 

 

How to Join VeTouch:

  1. Email [email protected] with the following information:
    1. Name
    2. Class Year
    3. A copy of your AVMA PLIT documentation. 
  2. Submit membership dues of $20 per school-year to the VeTouch mailbox ~ near the 1st year mailboxes.

  • Physical Exams
  • Vaccination
  • Administer oral dewomers
  • Draw blood from a peripheral vein
  • Perform and evaluate a fine needle aspirate
  • Peform a 4DX/heartworm test
  • Perform and evalute a skin scrape
  • Clean ears
  • Perform an ear swab and evaluate
  • Restrain an animal for a blood draw
  • Client education
  • Maintain complete and concise medical records
